How Do I Place an Order at UnderGuns?

To place an order, follow the below step-by-step guide;

  • Check the size chart and ensure it fits your current body shape
  • Select the product size and the color you want
  • Click the “Add to Cart” button
  • Go to your cart and press “Continue to Shipping”
  • Enter your shipping details and select the mode of payment
  • Confirm the order.

How Will I Know That My Order Has Been Placed?

You will get an order confirmation SMS and email from our customer support team soon after we receive your order request. Please check your spam folder as well. If you don’t get an email, get in touch with our customer support.  

How Do I Cancel My Order?

You can contact our customer support helpline to cancel your order. Remember that you will not be able to cancel your order once it has been shipped. 

Can I Change My Shipping Address After Placing an Order?

You can only change your shipping address if the order is not shipped yet. If your order is out for shipping, we will not be able to make any changes to your delivery address. 

How Long Does It Take You to Deliver an Order?

Our standard shipping time ranges from 5-7 business days. It is recommended to review the shipping information provided on our website. If you don't receive your order within the estimated time, contact our customer service for updates.

How Can I Track My Order?

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS. Add your tracking or order number to our “Track My Order” page to know your order’s status.

Can I Open and See the Product Before I Pay for It?

Unfortunately, you cannot open the package before you pay for it. However, you can request an exchange if there is any problem with the product received.
